I will keep this brief.
Only 0.75 miles tonight, would have loved to have gone out for longer, but planning a good distance tomorrow and a longer one with Mr C on Saturday so wasn't up for going crazy hard at it. Oh, and we are having pizza and wine... and pavlova for tea. A few reps up and down the street was all I really had in mind. I need to do some speed work too so I tried a few intervals (although as I was only out for 5:46 it wasnt so much trying as just thinking about it...) Any tips for a girl who normally likes to just plod away getting the miles in would be greatly appreciated.
